BOOKING ACCOMMODATION
Your accommodation can be selected as part of your online conference registration process.

Prepayment of the full amount of accommodation costs is requested to confirm your reservations at the listed venues. If you would like to change this arrangement, please contact the Conference Organisers.

Accommodation payments may not be refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days or less from the day of arrival. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival and for ‘no shows’ a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation may apply.

Accommodation costs are NOT included in your registration fees.

McGregor Residential College
University of Southern Queensland (Student Style Accommodation)

McGregor College offers student accommodation with ensuite (not air conditioned) within a short walk of the conference rooms. The price quoted includes breakfast.

Villa Nova Motel
Cnr Ruthven & South Streets (4 Star)

Villa Nova Motel is an innovative four star motel featuring apartment style one and two bedroom units sleeping up to six people.

Villa Nova is in a prime position on Ruthven Street, Toowoomba, only 3 minutes from the City Centre, and close to shopping centres, City Golf Club, South Toowoomba Bowls Club and other attractions.

All units contain separate lounge & dining areas; 2 colour TVs and VCRs in all units; Reverse cycle air conditioning; Fax and computer facilities; AUSTAR in-house movies; Kitchenette including microwave, toaster, sink, jug, fridge, etc.

Glenfield Motor Inn

Located on the south side of Toowoomba, Comfort Inn Glenfield is set off-road in landscaped gardens.

All 51 rooms are Non-Smoking. Standard and deluxe rooms all have a large fridge, a stove, microwave oven and Free pay TV (11 channels). The split system reverse cycle air conditioners ensure that you have a quiet environment for your comfort.

Glenfield Motor Inn is the closest motel to the University, 3.5 kilometres to the city centre and handy to the golf courses and
sporting fields.
